David J. Stoll
Co-Chair: Presidential Forum on Renewable Energy Advisory Board

David J. Stoll is a partner and co-chair of the Trusts and Estates Department. He represents clients in complex estate planning, trust administration, estate administration, pre-nuptial agreements and charitable giving.

Mr. Stoll received a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. from Columbia College.  Following law school he clerked for the Hon. Samuel A. Alito, Jr. in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, the US District Court of New Jersey and the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

He is a member of the Committee on Estate Planning, Trusts & Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association; the Committee on Estates & Trusts, Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association; the Professional Advisory Council of the Metropolitan Museum of Art; the Professional Advisory Council of the Central Park Conservancy; and the Planned Giving Advisory Committee of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Mr. Stoll has been  recognized in the area of wealth management in the 2007 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
